The Future Families Open House
The event will be held in Eastern Time. On Friday, December 12, 2025, the Opening Strategic Session will take place, with doors opening at 6:00 PM, exhibitor setup at 5:00 PM, and the Strategic Session beginning at 7:00 PM. On Saturday, December 13, 2025, the Strategic Sessions will run from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by exhibitor setup at 12:00 PM during the lunch hour, and the Open House Event from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The venue for both days is the Community Church of God – Fellowship Hall, located at 5555 Bethesda Ave, Macon, GA 31206.
VENDOR & EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT POLICY
December 12–13, 2025 | Macon, GA
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for all vendors and exhibitors participating in the Future of Our Families Summit – Community Open House. By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Liability & Responsibility
The Future of Our Families Summit, QEMN Enterprises, SHIFT NOW!, the Community Church of God, and all affiliates, partners, or representatives shall not be held responsible for any damage, theft, loss of sales, loss of products, services, or for guaranteeing any level of income or dollar amount as a result of participation. Vendors and exhibitors are solely responsible for their products, equipment, materials, and transactions.
2. Space & Setup
- 
Friday, December 12: Pre-setup available between 4:00–6:00 PM.
 - 
Saturday, December 13: Pre-setup available between 7:00–8:30 AM.
 - 
Vendors/exhibitors must bring their own table and table covering.
 - 
One chair will be provided. Bottled water and light snacks will be available.
 - 
Only one table per vendor/exhibitor is permitted unless an additional table is purchased.
 - 
The Summit is not responsible for items left overnight on Friday or Saturday.
 
3. Event Schedule
- 
Friday, December 12 – 6:00–10:00 PM (Pre-setup 4:00–6:00 PM)

Saturday, December 13 – 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Pre-setup 7:00–8:30 AM)

Community Open House – Saturday, December 13 | 2:00–6:00 PM
 
4. Station Management
Vendors must manage their own stations or provide a registered representative. All financial transactions are the responsibility of the vendor.
5. Promotion & Interviews
Each vendor/exhibitor will be interviewed during the Summit and featured on a post-event virtual podcast. All exhibitors will also receive a full-color page in the Winter 2026 Edition publication.
6. Food Vendors
Food trucks and food vendors are welcome; however, pricing differs. Vendors are responsible for food safety, heating, cooling, and storage. No refrigeration or warming equipment will be provided.
7. Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited: alcohol, drugs, profanity, or items that conflict with our standards of belief.

The Summit reserves the right to refuse any vendor or exhibitor whose application, products, or services conflict with our morals, values, or beliefs.

8. Refund Policy
All fees and donations are non-refundable.
Acknowledgement of Agreement
By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms outlined above. Payment serves as your electronic signature of agreement and your commitment to comply with all rules and policies of the Future of Our Families Summit.
