The Future Families Open House
The Future of Our Families Open House is a community-centered engagement experience designed to connect families, service providers, organizations, and leaders in one shared space. This Open House provides access to resources, services, and solutions that support long-term family stability, leadership development, and community empowerment.
Organizations and businesses are invited to participate as Exhibitors or Vendors, offering information, resources, services, or products aligned with family-centered and community-focused solutions.
VENDOR & EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT
TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITY WAIVER
1. Liability & Responsibility
The Future of Our Families, QEMN Enterprises, and all affiliated organizations, partners, hosts, venues, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, theft, loss, loss of income, loss of sales, or loss of property incurred before, during, or after participation. Exhibitors and vendors are solely responsible for their products, equipment, materials, and transactions.
2. Indemnification & Hold Harmless
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Future of Our Families, QEMN Enterprises, affiliated organizations, hosting venues, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from participation.
3. Station Management & Operations
Exhibitors and vendors must manage their own stations and provide authorized representatives at all times. All financial transactions and interactions are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor.
4. Promotion & Media Consent
Participation grants permission for organization names, logos, images, audio, video, and likeness to be used in promotional materials, publications, or digital media without compensation.
5. Food & Specialty Vendors
Food and specialty vendors must comply with all applicable health, safety, and licensing requirements. Equipment for food storage, heating, or cooling is not guaranteed unless specified in writing.
6. Restrictions & Standards
The following are prohibited:

Alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances

Profanity, offensive materials, or inappropriate conduct

Products or services that conflict with the values or standards of The Future of Our Families
The organization reserves the right to refuse or remove any exhibitor or vendor at its discretion.
7. Refund Policy
All fees and payments are non-refundable except in cases where participation is declined due to misalignment with organizational standards, in which case a full refund will be issued.
8. Agreement Acknowledgment
By submitting this application and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. Payment serves as your electronic signature.
